Important: If an athlete or volunteer does not complete the certification process, they will not be allowed on the field and may be considered illegal, resulting in forfeits and fines for their team and organization.
Volunteers must also learn how to access their Digital ID in the system to show it at gates and for pre-game verification.

A Volunteer's Participation Fee is $35.
A Cheerleader's Participation Fee is $15.
Footballs players are paid per Team. TYFA teams are $600 / Non-TYFA are $700
FALL
A Volunteer's Participation Fee is $35 (Cheer will have an additional third-party fee paid to YCADA).
An Athlete's (Football or Cheer) Participation Fee is $25.
No per team fee.
CONFIGURATION
Each season TYFA needs to know how an organization would like to pay for its participants. This can be Org paid, Parent Paid / Volunteer Paid.
If Org Paid, the organization will be responsible for paying the fees listed above through the system.
In Spring, Orgs will be invoiced for their football teams. Parents will not be required to pay. An organization can request that parents pay for the cheerleaders, or they can pay for them. This works the same for volunteers. Either the volunteer will need to pay or the organization will pay for them.
In the fall, football players are paid individually like the cheerleaders so the organization can determine if they should be parent paid or org paid.
Keep in mind that if something is set to parent or volunteer pay, they will see a payment screen as part of their tasks, and until they pay, they will be stuck at that spot.
